DeliveryBros is a locally owned & operated business of twin brothers, Brooks & Lance Durham. We created this company to help people and our community with any of their home delivery needs. We provide grocery, take-out and personal delivery services to Medford/Ashland and the Rogue Valley. DeliveryBros does not have a fee schedule for our services.
DeliveryBros goes by the philosophy of ‘Pay What You Can’. 30% service fee based on the cost of your groceries / good delivered is recommended and a tip is always appreciated. However, ‘Pay What You Can’ for what you feel our service to you is worth.
Our primary customers will be those that are not able to do their own shopping, due to lack of transportation, lack of time, health reasons, as well as for safety concerns during this challenging time of COVID-19.
DeliveryBros finishes each delivery on schedule and with the highest level of quality home delivery service. We focus on personalized service, customer satisfaction, and we always strive to meet and exceed expectations.
Safety
Safety is of our utmost concern during COVID-19. While shopping for you, we wear protective masks, gloves, have hand sanitizer and stay 6’ from others when at all possible.
We take every precaution to protect ourselves, our families, our community, and our customers.
At Home Delivery
DeliveryBros is committed to getting the job done, especially in light of the restrictions due to COVID-19. You can count on us to be professional, timely, efficient and make sure you’re satisfied every step of the way.

How it works
• Contact us via text or email with a detailed list of what you need. (If you cannot text or email, simply call us)
• Provide a detailed list of groceries, supplies, etc. Include your grocery store, hardware store etc.
• We will get back to you within 24 hours, with an estimated time for delivery.
• We will purchase the groceries up front for you.
• Upon delivery, we will leave receipt in the bag.
• Please pay via cash or check upon picking up delivery at your doorstep.
• We don’t need face to face contact. We will ring your doorbell, stay a distance away and receive payment from you, once your door is closed.
Please note, we do not deliver alcohol
• Safety is of our utmost concern during COVID-19. We take every precaution to protect ourselves, our families, our community, and our customers.
‘Pay what you can’ is our philosophy for our service. 30% service fee recommended based on the cost of your groceries / goods delivered. Tipping your delivery driver is always welcomed.
If you’d like us to shop at more than one store, there is a $20 service fee.
Please pay what you feel our time, transportation costs and convenience is to you. We are based out of Medford, Or.

Great delivery service
We’re so grateful to be in a community where people are helping each other. For food shopping & delivery. These guys are great—honest, thorough, focused on safety, and it was super easy to text them the list for the Coop and Shop n Kart. Receipts texted back & we add a ‘pay what we can’ when they deliver. And hopefully some of us can provide additional help so it will balance out to help others who can’t afford much. I highly recommend them, especially for those of us older and for all reasons more vulnerable.
